In fact, I walked into this industry after COVID with zero experience, a lot of curiosity, and a simple belief, if you treat people right, everything else works itself out. Fast forward a few years, and I’ve helped clients across Johannesburg with properties ranging from first homes to multi-million rand spaces. But here’s the thing… the property is never really the main story. People are. Most of my business comes from relationships, people who know me, trust me, and send their friends and family my way. That doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from being honest, showing up, and doing what I say I’m going to do. I’m big on this idea: there’s no need to be perfect, just be committed to getting better. That’s how I approach my work, my clients, and life in general. I’m also a husband of 26 years (so yes, I know a thing or two about patience and negotiation 😄), and a proud dad of two. Family matters to me, which is probably why I understand how important the right home really is.
